Hammadde, malzeme ve diğer girdilerin seçimi: Doğa ile uyumlu üretim süreçleri ile sosyal açıdan adaletli biçimde elde edildiğine dikkat etmek. Ürün ve hizmetlerimizi üretirken kullandığımız hammadde, malzeme ve diğer girdileri seçerken ve alırken, ödediğimiz fiyatın dışında oluşan toplumsal ve doğal bedelleri de dikkate almak. Maliyetlerin yanı sıra doğal ve toplumsal bedelleri de düşürmek üzere sürekli çalışmak.
Üretim yöntemi seçimi: Ürün ve hizmetlerimizi üretirken ve üretim için gereken üretim yöntemini belirlerken insanların arzularına uygun bir çalışma ortamı oluşturmak, en az düzeyde enerji ve doğal varlık kullanmak, çıktıların mümkün ise atık kavramından uzak ve dönüştürülebilir olmasını sağlamak, insan, toplum ve doğa haklarını gözetir olanlarını tercih etmek.
Üretim yeri seçimi: Ürün ve hizmetlerimizi ürettiğimiz yeri seçerken bu yerin gerek toplumsal, gerekse de doğal çevresi ile uyum içinde ve onların varlığını destekleyici olmasına özen göstermek.
Çalışma koşulları ve ücret politikaları: Ürün ve hizmetlerimizi birlikte ürettiğimiz çalışanlarımızın arzu ettikleri sağlıklı bir çalışma ortamında, kendilerine uygun çalışma saatleriyle, adil bir ücret politikası ile çalışmalarını sağlamak; bunları kendilerine sunarken adaletli davranmak.
Yönetimde etik: Ürün ve hizmetlerimizi ürettiğimiz kuruluşumuzu yönetirken hak etmediğimiz herhangi bir gelir, ayrıcalık, avantaj ve benzeri unsurları elde etmeye kalkışmamak ve ahlak ve hukuka aykırı talepleri karşılamamak.
Tedarik zincirinde doğanın, toplum ve insanın haklarını tanıma: Ürün ve hizmetlerimizi üretirken temin ettiğimiz tüm malzeme ve hizmetlerin yer aldığı tedarik zincirimizin tüm halkalarında toplumsal ve doğal bedelleri en aza indirmeye özen göstermek. Bu zincir içindeki her türlü insan, toplum ve doğa hakkı ihlalinin farkında olarak, bu durumun düzeltilmesi yönünde girişimlerde bulunmak, gerektiğinde tedarik zincirinde değişiklikler yapmak.
Üretimde döngü yönetimi: Üretim yöntemleri, ürün, hizmet üretim donanımı seçilir ve kurulurken, insan ve doğanın haklarını ihlal eden herhangi bir atığın serbestçe doğaya bırakılmasını engellemeye çalışmak. Bunu sağlamak için gerekli yatırımları yapmak.
Kullanım sonrası atıklar: Ürettiğim ürün ve hizmetler türeticiler tarafından kullanıldıktan sonra ortaya çıkabilecek doğa ile uyumlu olmayan atıkları en aza indirmek için gerekli ürün tasarımlarını yapmak ve bunları sürekli programlarla iyileştirmek ve dönüştürmek.
Tanıtım: Ürettiğimiz hizmet ve ürünleri türeticilere tanıtırken ürünün temel işlevlerine, ekonomisine ve türeticiye pratik yararları ile ürün ve hizmetlerin insan, toplum ve doğa haklarına uyumu gibi noktalara vurgu yapmak. Tüm bu bilgileri nesnel verilere dayanarak vermek, tanıtımda toplum ve doğa haklarına zarar verecek işlem ve eylemler ile bu yöndeki görsel ve işitsel malzemeyi kullanmamak. Toplumu daha fazla kullanmaya özendirici mesajlar vermemek.

This enterprise upholds the values of trust, goodness, sharing, cooperation, and earning together. As a Good4Trust.org Prosumer, we have adopted as a fundamental principle the prioritization of the rights of humans, society, and nature. Therefore, we intend to implement the following principles in our production and services, and we are actively working toward this.
Selection of raw materials, supplies, and other inputs:
Ensuring that they are obtained through environmentally harmonious production processes and in a socially just manner. When selecting and purchasing the raw materials, supplies, and other inputs we use to produce our products and services, we take into account not only the price we pay but also the social and environmental costs generated beyond that price. We continuously work to reduce these social and environmental costs as well as financial costs.
Selection of production methods:
When producing our products and services and determining the methods required for production, we aim to create a working environment aligned with workers’ needs, use minimal energy and natural resources, ensure that outputs are recyclable and far removed from the concept of waste whenever possible, and choose methods that respect the rights of humans, society, and nature.
Selection of production sites:
When choosing where to produce our products and services, we pay attention to ensuring that the location is in harmony with its social and natural surroundings and supports their well-being.
Working conditions and wage policies:
We ensure that the employees with whom we co-produce our products and services work in a healthy environment that meets their needs, with working hours suitable for them and a fair wage policy. We act justly while providing these conditions.
Ethics in management:
While managing our organization that produces these goods and services, we do not attempt to obtain any unearned income, privilege, advantage, or similar benefits, and we do not respond to requests that violate ethics or the law.
Recognizing the rights of nature, society, and humans in the supply chain:
Throughout all stages of our supply chain, which provides the materials and services used in our production, we strive to minimize social and environmental costs. Being aware of any violations of human, societal, or environmental rights within this chain, we take initiative to address and correct these issues and, when necessary, make changes in the supply chain.
Circular management in production:
When selecting and establishing production methods, products, and equipment, we strive to prevent any waste that violates human and nature’s rights from being released freely into the environment. We make the necessary investments to ensure this.
Post-use waste:
We design products in ways that minimize environmentally incompatible waste that may arise after customers use the products and services we produce, and we continuously improve and transform these designs through ongoing programs.
Promotion:
When promoting our products and services to customers, we emphasize the essential functions of the product, its economic aspects, its practical benefits to the customer, and its compatibility with the rights of humans, society, and nature. We base all such information on objective data, and we do not use actions or materials—visual or auditory—that may harm societal or natural rights. We avoid messages that encourage excessive consumption.
Through this document, we express our strong intention and determination to implement the principles outlined above, and our belief that we will continue to improve in this regard every year.
